This flat comes unfurnished however we do have some furniture which if available you are welcome to have for free.
The price doesn't include bills however we change a fixed price of ?150 a month for all your gas (if applicable), electric and water. We get a discount because we buy in bulk for the building. You are welcome to manage the bills yourself however. The rent doesn't include Council Tax which we would estimate at ?45 a month.
