Looking for a tenant to take over my current tenancy in this beautiful modern apartment which has 3 months left . I share with 3 amazing flatmates. Everyone is very tidy, organized and friendly. The area and location is really quiet. It’s a 10 minute walk to Battersea power station and clapham common. 15 mins to Nine Elms underground. Has amazing links to transport, including a overground, which is less than five minutes walk . The bedroom is extra large and comes with its own balcony/terrace overlooking a quiet park. In summer, this is amazing you can have friends and it’s really the best place to see sunset in London. It has beautiful natural sunlight coming into the room and is generally quite warm So lonely to worry about being cold There is under floor heating. All bills are included within the rent and the room is available immediately.
I have been attendant for 14 months and would absolutely stay as it is a bargain compared to what else is offered in London at the moment this really feels like a flat of your own.
Sadly, I need to relocate for work so really trying to get someone to finish my tenancy which is only three months then you’ll have the option to either continue if you love living here which I am sure you will.
This is open to students, though you will need to have a guarantor or pay upfront to the agency.
