"We love this flat and are sad to leave it. We have really enjoyed spending time here: It is a quiet, warm sanctuary, and especially nice to chill out on cold winter days. We have never needed to turn on the heating, not even on the coldest days -it is so well insulated and often flooded with sunshine.

The area is great and so well connected to everywhere, (Central London, East London, airports, stations etc) and we have everything needed near (cafe, local grocery shop, big supermarket, parks, diy shop etc). Tottenham and Walthamstow marshes and nature reserve are just walks away too."
