This property is located on a quiet road within Beeston town centre, very close to the High Road, the main shopping street. The street is a no through vehicular route but only a moment's away from all of Beeston's shopping and other facilities. The location is also very convenient for the West Entrance to University Park, a 10 minute walk away.

The position is also convenient for public transport services. The Middle Street tram stop is within a minutes walk and bus stops also nearby. Buses connect with the other side of the University Park campus, qmc and Jubilee. The trams provide an alternate means of access to the Uni, qmc and city centre.
