The room on offer is a spacious double upon the first floor and comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and a desk/chair.
The house also has excellent communal facilities, with an ultra modern kitchen that includes an American style fridge freezer, built in electric oven & hob, extractor hood, washing machine plus plenty of cupboard & worktop space. There is a large contemporary living room with comfortable sofas and television. And there are 2 shower rooms including basin and toilet in the house and a separate toilet located at the top of the stairs.
The house is located in Weeke which has plenty of on-road parking (subject to council regulations). There is a Waitrose just around the corner and loads of local amenities close by including a park, coffee shops, pharmacy and more. The train station is a 10 - 15 minute walk with both the hospital and university close by.
The rent includes all bills including council tax, water, electric, gas and broadband. The communal areas are cleaned regularly by a professional cleaner.
This house is for professional sharers and single occupancy only. Sorry no students and reference checks will be required. The minimum let will be 6 months.
