Lease Details

The cafe is available to let on an assignment of a 6 year effectively fully repairing and insuring term which commenced on the 1st May 2024, at a rent of £10,500pa for years 1 & 2, increasing to £11,000pa in the 3rd year, and then subject to a market rent review or cpi review (whichever is the greater). We understand there is a 3 year tenant only break option and that the lease is excluded from Sections 24-28 of The Landlord & Tenant Act 1954.

Tenant Application Fee
