The spaces
Workspaces range from the dramatic and aspirational to the intimate, in an environment that nurtures connectivity and creativity, residents share ideas and engage in new projects.
This creative workspace accommodates both private offices as well as open plan studios where each independent artist or start-up have their own dedicated space alongside other makers, writers, photographers, painters, illustrators, costume designers, stylists and more.
Our private studios range from 183 sq.ft to 723 sq.ft large, self-contained premium spaces over two levels, all complemented by well-appointed communal kitchens and social areas.
The studios benefit from natural light through windows or skylights. The spaces retain most of original features including brick walls, exposed beams, wooden floor boards and their unique character.
