Zoopla.co.uk hits new heights with 1 million unique visitors in August

Internal audience growth figures released today show that Zoopla.co.uk joined the exclusive 1million+ unique monthly users milestone in August for the first time in its history - an impressive statistic for a website launched only 18 months ago. A total of 1.04m unique users were recorded in August representing a month-on-month increase of 18% on July's figures.

The figures, which continue to lead the market in terms of growth rate, also reveal that total visits to Zoopla.co.uk in August were up 21% compared to July at 1.58million and page views were up 26% standing at 12.4million. And reflecting both the growing popularity of Zoopla.co.uk and renewed market activity, Zoopla.co.uk recorded an increase in leads generated to agents in August of a whopping 51% over July, during a traditionally quiet period for the property market.
