Arun Estates and Zoopla agree new long-term deal

Zoopla, the leading property website and part of Houseful, is pleased to announce a new long-term contract with Arun Estates, the largest independent estate agent in the South East.

With a network of over 100 high-street branches, Arun Estates encompasses the leading brands Cubitt & West, Douglas Allen, Pittis and Wards and covers the entire South East region from Essex to the Isle of Wight. Together these brands have valued over 37,000 homes in the past 12 months and arranged almost 285,000 viewings.

The three-year contract includes Valuation Booster, which Arun Estates will use to highlight their branches to sellers actively looking for an agent to value their home. With one in two UK adults turning first to Zoopla for valuation, and 4m UK adults tracking the value of a property on Zoopla, Arun Estates will be well placed to capitalise on these high-intent sellers.

As part of the agreement, Arun Estates will also gain access to Hometrack’s AVM (automated valuation model). Hometrack is Zoopla’s sister company and this data will be used to help power homeowner journeys on the websites of Cubitt & West, Douglas Allen, Pittis and Wards.

Arun Estates will also capitalise on Zoopla’s recent strong performance with vendor leads delivered to agents in the South East up 31% YTD.

Zoopla will be looking to support Arun Estates with its expansion and ambitious growth plans over the coming years, including strengthening its position as the first-choice agent for consumers in the South East.

Jason Bunning, Managing Director of Operations at Arun Estates said: “It’s a testament to Zoopla’s customer-centric approach that we’ve agreed a new long-term deal with them. We’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of Zoopla’s valuation leads and look forward to collaborating closely with them to take these figures to new heights in 2024 and beyond.”

Charlie Bryant, CEO at Zoopla, part of Houseful said: “We’re pleased that a leading brand like Arun Estates has decided to agree a new long-term deal with Zoopla. We recognise that agent ROI is critical in the current climate, and look forward to working closely with Arun Estates to deliver this and much more for them.”
