Impressive property in an absolutely quiet and secluded location in the very popular area south of the medieval town of Todi. It is accessed by a 1.3 km long "strada bianca" (gravel road), the first part of which passes through a wooded area and then continues, across the open hilly landscape bordered on both sides by ancient cypress trees.
