Owners comments...
Bloomfield Drive became our happy family home in June 2004. Hidden away at the end of a discrete cul-de-sac it was great knowing that the house could only be discovered once we had driven to the end of the road! The ample driveway parking and double garage meant that visiting friends and family would always have a place to park. At the front, the wonderful trees, including a fabulous magnolia, frame a remarkable first impression. At the rear, the equally generous garden is complimented by an elevated aspect providing the most stunning of views across the greenery of Warfield and beyond. Internally the layout provides so many options for family living. But all good things come to an end and with the kids now up and gone it’s time to move on to pastures new.
Ryan & Sanjay's comments...
We were struck by how private and tucked away this house is, the owner has put it perfectly by describing it as discrete within the cul-de-sac. It's not often you get such a nice frontage on a property these days and it can be luck-of-the-plot, but this one has it both front and back. Internally there's a huge amount of space with three living spaces, a kitchen/diner, and a separate office downstairs. While upstairs, there are four great sized bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. The house has been a much loved family home for some 20 years and while it could benefit from some modernisation it is perfectly liveable and ready for someone to make it their own home for another couple of decades to come.
Area comments...
Bloomfield Drive is arguably one of the most prestigious cul-de-sacs within Bracknell; this and the surrounding roads are all predominantly detached homes that rarely come up for sale. It's under a mile to walk to the station, The Lexicon Shopping centre, or the Tesco Superstore with Costa Coffee. There are plenty of local parks and recreation grounds within walking distance, and then there's Swinley Forest 10 minutes away by car with over 2500 acres to explore.
