Seller's Comment:
We fell in love with this house back in 2014. We really liked its quiet Cul de sac location and secluded position away from the main roads, although still within easy walking distance of Camberley town centre and Station. Over the years we did a loft conversion to add an additional bedroom and bathroom, plus another room which we used as a teenage hangout/gaming room/extra bedroom, as the need arose.
A few years later, we extended the kitchen into a kitchen/family room with planning consent to add two further floors if needed. With a south facing room garden, we wanted to capture the light in this room which we achieved through large lanterns in the ceiling and big sliding doors along two of the walls. As a result, the light in this room is amazing, even on a dull day and you really feel part of the garden. It quickly became the place for the family to congregate, with many a family celebration held in it.
This has been a great family home, and we will be very sorry to leave, but hope the next people will love it as much as we have.

What. A. Home this is! There's so much space available, whether you need four bedrooms, or six! And that kitchen/dining/family room is one of the best I have seen this year having been so well designed and thought out. The location is excellent too being so close to the town centre, yet tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Absolutely get in touch to arrange a viewing on this one!

Camberley is a vibrant town located less than 40 miles South West of London, with excellent commuter links via the M3, M4 and numerous mainline train stations nearby. The town centre offers an array of local and chain shops and restaurants, while also offering excellent recreational amenities with a brand new recently opened leisure centre and excellent golf clubs via Camberley Heath, Pine Ridge and Windlesham to name but a few. There are outstanding areas for cyclists, runners, walkers and dog walkers alike with Barossa Common just a few minutes away from the property.
