Directions
Leave the A38 Devon Expressway at Marley Head towards Paignton / South Brent / Avonwick. Exit the roundabout towards Paignton / Totnes / Dartmouth and follow the A385 through to Totnes. From Totnes take the Western bypass (A381) through to Totnes Cross and follow the sign posts to Dartmouth to pick up the A3122 and continue through the town centre. Proceed on Townstall Road and, after you have passed the Royal Naval College, take an immediate right and proceed on Townstall Road. Follow straight on Victoria Road and after 0.3 miles turn right to continue on Victoria Road. The development is located on the bend at the top of Victoria Road.
