Owner Insight
"Already previously living in St Marychurch, when we moved we knew how convenient and friendly the location was and so wanted to remain in the district. As soon as this apartment came onto the market we knew that we had found our new home. Not only did the apartment have a lovely, homely and well cared for feel, it was set right in the heart of St Marychurch just a short walk of all of the amenities that we use on a daily basis.
For us one of the attractions of St Marychurch is the fact that it is one of the more level districts of Torquay, with a good range of shops, café’s and restaurants, and a selection of regular bus routes all at hand. There is also a good sense of community and a very friendly atmosphere in the ‘village’ precinct.
Unfortunately due to health reasons with a heavy heart we are now reluctantly having to make a move but will do everything we can to stay in St Marychurch."

St Marychurch is one of Torquay's most desirable districts, with its bustling 'village' ambience where a host of shops, cafes and restaurants can be found. The famous Model Village and the stunning Babbacombe Downs with funicular railway taking passengers to and from the shingle beaches of Oddicombe and Babbacombe are also close at hand.
Torquay is nestled on the warm South Devon coast being one of three towns along with Paignton and Brixham which form the natural east facing harbour of Torbay, sheltered from the English Channel. Torbay's wide selection of stunning beaches, picturesque coastline, mild climate and recreational facilities reinforce why it has rightfully earned the renowned nickname of the English Riviera.
