From Holme Lacy Road to Rotherwas, go straight over the mini roundabout and along the straight mile. Go straight over two further sets of roundabouts and onto the B4399. From the second roundabout, proceed 2.1 miles and just before entering the village of Holme Lacy take the hard right hand turn signposted for Bogmarsh. Proceed for 1.5 miles, driving through the hamlet of Bogmarsh and up the hill. Take the right hand turn into Ramsden Farm and Round Oak House and the drive from here to the property is half a mile. Proceed past Round Oak House on your right, a cottage on your left, through the farmyard and out the other side. Driving down the hill you will find the property at the end of this lane.
