Some words from the owner:

What do you love about your property?
There's so much to appreciate about our home, but a few features truly stand out. The view of the garden square from the flat (and especially the balcony) is a game changer - it's wonderful to have this green space right on our doorstep, and it's lovely having alfresco dinners in the summer. The proximity to the station has been invaluable, making commutes and travel exceptionally convenient. What really sets this property apart, though, are the excellent facilities. The concierge service, in particular, has been fantastic. They've always been there to help with any issues, providing a sense of security and comfort. One feature that's proven especially valuable is the secure car parking space. It's been crucial for us, particularly for my wife, who needs it for her out-of-hours work as a doctor. Having this dedicated, safe spot has given us great peace of mind.

Why are you selling?
We're entering an exciting new phase of our lives - we're expecting a baby in October. With this change comes the need for more space to accommodate our growing family. We've made the decision to relocate to South West London, which will bring us closer to family and be more convenient for our jobs. While we're sad to leave this wonderful home behind, we're looking forward to the new adventures that await us.

What do you love about the area?
Islington has been a wonderful place to call home, offering a perfect blend of vibrancy and community feel. The area boasts an impressive array of restaurants and there's always something happening, which gives the neighborhood a constant sense of energy and excitement. We've particularly enjoyed the local pub scene. The Hemingford Arms holds a special place in our hearts - it's where we celebrated our engagement party and it's become our go-to spot for dinners with friends. For football fans, the proximity to Arsenal's stadium adds an extra layer of excitement to the area. Match days bring a unique atmosphere to the neighbourhood.
One of the most charming aspects of living here is how Barnsbury manages to feel like a quaint village despite being in the heart of London. We've loved taking walks along the canal to King's Cross, whether for catching a film or meeting friends. It's these little moments that have made living here so special.
