Quiller Avenue has brought many special memories over the years, we moved here in 2020 during the covid pandemic which was a strange time for all, but having such lovely and friendly neighbours meant we settled in very quickly.

There has been many times we have needed milk or the essentials last minute but luckily the neighbours are always on hand and willing to help.

There are lots of great walks close by as well as the children’s park on the development. We have spent many mornings taking a stroll to the new stables cafe and California country park.

Starting with a blank canvas we have enjoyed upgrading areas of our house and garden. We took our time to ensure the garden was low maintenance but utilised the space effectively, this included composite decking, positioning the seating area so that the sun hits all day, especially capturing the evening sun in the summer months, privacy of the hot tub behind the garage and artificial foliage for additional privacy. We adapted our garage to extend our garden and offer an all year round entertaining space.

We have enjoyed entertaining our friends and family in the outdoor space, particularly a bbq on a long summers day. The hot tub has always been a unique feature which we use all year round. It is perfect during the chilly winter months but also refreshing to cool off in the summer.

The living room offers great space with the media wall where we enjoy watching a movie in front of the fire.

We created our little family at Quiller Avenue as well as many more special memories, we have loved our time here and will be sad to leave but it is now time for us to move closer to family and work commitments.

Credit to the current owners, this place is very very impressive and still feels like a show home from the minute you walk in. The house is very imposing and attractive, and you've got driveway parking for 2-3 cars out the front. You're welcomed into a lovely big entrance hall with the downstairs loo to the left and the kitchen to the right at the front of the house, finished to a really high spec with all your appliances integrated with a lovely feature bay window where you could fit a small table if you wanted. At the back of the house, the lounge diner spans the full width and the owners have added a gorgeous media wall with a fireplace. The first floor has three bedrooms and a family bathroom and it's worth mentioning that the decor and finish are emphatic throughout. The top floor is a huge main bedroom suite with a dressing area, wardrobes and a big en-suite. We also love the garage conversion that creates an outside kitchen and living area, next to the raised composite decking and jacuzzi - all carefully laid out top maximise the sun exposure over summer.

Not only is this home set within a lovely tree lined development, Arborfield Green itself is so popular because it is well situated, close to both Wokingham and Reading towns which give you so many options for shopping, restaurants and nightlife, along with train links into London. Local amenities including Co-Op are close by and Arborfield Village itself with some great pubs too. You're well connected from here too with easy access out to the A33 and M3 or close by you have junction 11 of the M4. Another big reason this location is popular is the amount of green space you have close by, including California Country Park just round the corner, and the great schools, including the new Bohunt school just a short walk away from this house.
