Lovingly created since new .. A haven for those who seek a home that offers luxury living. The heart of the house is an open plan cooking/dining/living area with an orangery style lantern that gives light in the daytime and a view of the moon at night. There are bifold doors to a large lounge with wood burner for when you want to invite a ‘house full’ and then more bifold doors open up to a garden that has been styled to provide outdoor ‘rooms’ .. An outdoor kitchen including sink and dishwasher and cooking facility .. A large round deck to house a 10 place round dining table and a lounge area to relax and sunbathe in. And for your further delight there is a jacuzzi and waterproof TV in it’s own housing, with a glass roof to look up at the stars whilst relaxing with a glass of bubbly and nibbles! With great use of space throughout .. I love this house and i’m sure you will too.

Credit to the current owners here, this house is really awesome! Starting with the garden... It's really well landscaped with different patio areas, raised decking areas and covered areas. From sunbathing and dining with friends using the outdoor kitchen, to relaxing with a film in the hot tub, this is one of the best gardens we have seen in years without a shadow of a doubt! Inside you've got a great layout too - downstairs has everything you'd expect from a house of this size with a downstairs loo, utility room, an office and a lovely living room with a. Great feature wood burner. The stand out feature here has to be the extended kitchen that's now a vast nearly 30ft by 20ft tri-living space with room for dining, a kitchen island and seating areas. Upstairs there are three big double bedrooms and a lovely family bathroom. The main bedroom has a big shower room and a dressing room and just feels so luxe. There's also a garage and driveway parking and so much more for us to show you when you come and have a look!

Bilberry Gardens is tucked away at the back of a popular development built around 20 years ago, just of The Street in Mortimer. The peaceful setting is very well connected, with Mortimer train station, around 1 mile away. Mortimer Village has a great array of local shops and amenities including the Co Op and the popular Mortimer Café. There are a couple of pubs in the village, with the Horse and Groom on The Street overlooking the village green.
If being outside is more your thing, 5 mins away you will find the lovely Wokefield Common Nature Reserve, perfect for dog walking and exploring the outdoors. And for the keen golfers, De Vere Wokefield Estate Golf Club is also very close by. There are brilliant local schools in the area. Mortimer St Johns Infant School and Mortimer St. Marys Junior school are both rated as Good by Ofsted and in the neighbouring village of Burghfield Common you will find The Willink secondary school.
