Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
My son is a little over three and in amidst the collection of usual toddler books, he has, somewhat surprisingly, picked from my bookshelf a thesaurus, which he does seem to like flicking through. I¿m not sure he really understands a single word, but the good thing is that I am now looking at it regularly and its helping me writes descriptions such as this!
The first word that comes to mind with this house is impeccable. If you want the thesaurus alternatives, then flawless, faultless spotless, immaculate and exquisite all cover it well!
The property was constructed by Macbryde Homes and this particular house and plot holds several advantages. Externally it has a block paved double width driveway whilst to the rear the garden has been expertly landscaped with a large Indian Stone patio, shaped lawn, beautifully stocked beds and borders and good levels of privacy. It even has its own summer house in the corner.
Inside well goodness me what a stunning finish, with a noticeably high specification and impressive array of features. These include excellent quality laminate flooring, a feature fireplace in the living room, an upgraded kitchen, two impressive bathrooms and three of the four bedrooms having full height fitted wardrobes. I can not think of a better example of its type presently available.
The house forms part of a select development of detached houses, located at the back of a private no through road cul de sac, just five minutes drive from the centre of Tarporley. Whilst of relatively recent construction, the close is quickly maturing and has an attractive central area of impressively designed and maintained communal lawn which provides a strong visual focal point.
