Why the owner loves the property:
We loved the country feel of the house and the village has a lovely community spirit. As our daughter was growing up she loved going for walks around the village to see the sheep and lambs in spring. Our cats used to follow us round on the walks! We made it warm and cosy in winter with a full renewal of the cavity wall & ceiling insulation, doors and windows. The fireplace and stone features really added to this feel. In the spring, summer and autumn the garden and surrounding countryside are beautiful and quiet. Walking through the local fields on warm summer evenings was absolutely wonderful. Through the years we lived there we refitted and decorated most of the house. The bathrooms are tastefully done and the full-width bi-fold doors at the rear open onto the large deck which is great for outdoor relaxing and eating when the weather is good. Banbury and Leamington are not far away and the local network of villages has lots of useful amenities to help with day to day life.
