Brickworks Says

Not all new builds are created equally. From the red brick facade to the landscaped green spaces the apartment overlooks, this modern apartment block has been designed with consideration and character and has the awards to prove it. The flat itself is flawlessly presented: The neutral interior, clean lines and pared-back palette still have that fresh-out-the-box feel.

The kitchen is a minimalist's dream, and floor-to-ceiling windows draw you toward the balcony, a secluded space for enjoying all seasons. Pleasing attention has been paid to what modern life needs, with equal-sized bedrooms and enough storage to wave bye-bye to the clutter for good. All the while, the understated aesthetic lets any future owner imprint their own taste and flair.

From Akerman Road, you can take your pick of local neighbourhoods to enjoy: Head to Brixton Village for global cuisine under one roof or stay out late at one of the after-hours spots. Morning after? Get your caffeine hit at one of Camberwell's coffee shops, take in a gallery, or take it easy and listen to the band playing at the bandstand at Myatts Fields.

The Owners Say

What makes the flat special is the space, light, and storage. Both rooms are a great size and have tons of storage ––I have been able to stow everything my partner and I own without any trouble. The flat is flooded with light in the morning, which is a wonderful start to the day. The development is modern, and I feel incredibly safe walking home at night.

I love the location between Camberwell and Brixton. Both are within walking distance and have lots of great restaurants, pubs, shops, and places to go out. Getting to any part of London is easy, whether you're commuting or going out and about visiting friends and family.
