Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

Tarvin is proving to be one of the areas most popular villages and for good reason. The selection of amenities, easy access to nearby countryside, excellent commuter routes and highly regarded schools mean the village has something to offer all walks of life.

Pleasingly just like Tarvin this hugely appealing property on The Ridgeway, located in the heart of the village, is also very well balanced to suit a number of lifestyle needs; whether that be a single occupant, couple or growing family.

The house is impeccably presented throughout and has been much treasured by the present owners. They have also overseen the successful application for planning permission (cwac 22/00746/ful) to both extend the house single storey and convert the garage to habitable space.

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall with cloakroom, two reception rooms offering both living and dining areas and the stylish kitchen. On the first floor are the three bedrooms, two of which being comfortable double rooms with the master also benefitting from an en suite with a walk in shower. The further two bedrooms are both served by the main family bathroom.

A real feature here is the landscaped garden to the rear which is well planned, private, mature and established. To the side of the house is a driveway providing back to back parking.
