Four Bedrooms With Garage, Parking & A Sunny Garden!
Owners' comments...
Growing up in the Bracknell area, we were excited to move into a home with such easy access to the nearby schools, shops, and convenient routes to the M3 and M4. The house is a beautiful spacious home, offering sunshine throughout the day in the garden and within walking distance to town, having woodland in South Hill Park and Swinley Forrest on your doorstep made it even more of a special place for family walks. We've appreciated the sense of community our neighbours have fostered, it was a mega community to be a part of, it's an extremely unique place for someone to come into and make more memories.

Dryden feels like a small cul-de-sac and, something you're not always guaranteed around here is that the garage and allocated parking are pretty much right out the front of the house! The garden is also a lovely size and really private with nothing but trees lining the view along the back fence. The layout of these homes is great - firstly you've got a huge entrance hall with a downstairs loo to the left and the stairs to the right. The living room has a dual aspect and open into the garden, then the kitchen is on the otherside and also a great size with plenty of room for a big dining table, also opening into the garden. There's four bedrooms upstairs all positioned off the bright landing, with a gorgeous refitted family shower room as well as another additional shower room and storage spaces. You get a lot of house for the money here, and we're a big fan of how the house is positioned within the close as well.

Dryden is a lovely little cul-de-sac tucked away off Birch Hill Road, and you've got access into the woodland behind as well as the children's play area and skate park which is lovely for growing families. You've also got South Hill Park and Swinley Forest in walking distance to explore a little further afield without needing to get in the car. There are several schools within easy reach as well as an Aldi & Sainsbury's Superstore within a mile of the home. Bracknell Town Centre with The Lexicon's array of shop's, restaurants, bars and train station is just a few minutes drive away, as is access to the M3 & M4 Motorway networks.
