Inspirational Victorian Villa, set in two acres, extending in size to over 7000 square feet and ideally located on the edge of Bunbury with walking distance proximity to Beeston and Peckforton

Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

This is an inspirational period residence, with a compelling aesthetic appearance, stunning grounds, excellent outbuildings and a location that combines proximity to Bunbury village together with walks on the doorstep into the Beeston and Peckforton hills.

What delights me most here is that the original character and presence of the residence remains central, yet there has also been tasteful and high quality modifications that deliver for modern family life. A prime example of this is the superb kitchen which runs open plan into a first class orangery.

At over 7000 square feet and with a plot in excess of one acre, there is exceptional value for money on offer here and one can instantly see how this house would provide a fantastic base for day to day family life and also a wonderful home in which to entertain and party!

The gardens have been magnificently landscaped and boast outstanding amounts of colour throughout the year, a heated swimming pool, pond and stunning areas of lawn with extensively planted beds and borders.
