Vendors Comment:
The property has been a wonderful home for our family; when we first saw this cottage in 2019, we loved it's character and thought how fantastic the location was for accessibility. Based within the heart of the village, you are within short walking distance to the local shops, train station (great to get into London for work) and swinley forest, which our kids love for walks and bike rides.
Bagshot has that traditional village feel and we also have some great neighbours! We love hosting family and friends here, especially over the summer months with the extended kitchen and private garden.
As our family has grown over the last 5 years, we are now taking the next step in our property journey and 21 Guildford Road has been a super home for us!

I love Bagshot! In my opinion it is one of the most well equipped villages around our area, with nearly everything you could need on a daily basis! The cottage itself is presented in lovely order and has really been looked after. If you're looking for a piece of character in an ultra convenient location, this is probably it!

Bagshot is a village that is located just 26 miles southwest of central London. The village is extremely well catered for commuter links, being on junction 3 of the M3 providing swift access to London and further southern areas like Southampton and Portsmouth, as well as access to the M4. Bagshot also has its own train station that is just a few minutes away from the property. The village centre offers superb amenities, with local supermarkets, a local cafe and independent restaurants and pubs.
