What attracted you to the property when you bought it ?

Close to town centre, street without parking permit zone (non permit zone start from Forest Hill- other streets closer to town centre have parking permit zone), every house on this street have driveway so no problem with parking space for visitors, close to local shops (Tesco, Lidl) close to park and river - good for someone who have a dog or like walking.

2 What improvements have you made to the house ?

New internal and external doors (internal doors are solid oak) new bathroom, new heating system - new radiators and combi boilers (bosh combi boiler with 10 years extended guarantee - still over 7years left) new windows, nest system installed (door bell, thermostat smoke alarms) new floors (solid wood parquet in living room, engineered floor upstairs), roof isolation, new floor on loft, build in wardrobes in porch and two bedrooms.
