Owner Insight
"I knew this flat was perfect as soon as I saw the sea view! I have loved living here, as it is a comfortable & bright space which, (being south east facing), gets the morning sun. It feels very safe & secure and has been easy to clean & maintain too. The third floor is quiet and this flat is near the lift and handy bin shute.
The proximity of Babbacombe Downs Promenade (barely 1 minute from Homecombe) has been absolutely fabulous for daily walks. A good variety of cafes & local shops (as well as Tesco, Sainsburys & Co-op) are very close too. Buses stop literally outside the Homecombe back gate and are very frequent/regular. There are activities and events in Homecombe House itself; and St Marychurch has a good social space at "The Precinct Centre".
I will miss living here, but I am moving to be nearer my daughter in Cornwall, so another happy new chapter awaits."
