Brickworks Says
Updated by the current owners, the flat has been thoughtfully renovated and tastefully decorated, from the contemporary kitchen with cupboards galore to the bathroom that befits a boutique overnight stay. We particularly love the choice of tiles –– cool blue in the modern bathroom and midnight hues in the kitchen.
The living space has ample room for kicking back or entertaining with friends and benefits from double windows that fill the place with light. The split-level footprint enhances the sense of space, and the two large, stylish bedrooms on separate floors make the layout hugely adaptable.
Despard Road is a stone's throw from lively Archway, packed with handy shops and stores, but is also within easy walking distance to some seriously desirable neighbourhoods. Take in the history at the cemetery and atmospheric pubs of Highgate, or enjoy the village vibes of Crouch End. And when you're done sampling the myriad eateries and drinking holes in the area, head to Hampstead Heath for fresh air and gorgeous city views from Parliament Hill.
The Owners Say
We have loved living in this flat and making it our own. The spacious layout on two levels immediately gave us the feeling of living in a house, and some features made all the difference; the separate kitchen, the quiet back bedroom, and the large south-facing windows in the living room. Despite being so close to the buzz of Archway, we've found the flat feels very quiet.
What we enjoy most is the easy access to London's best green spaces, the community feel of our road and lovely neighbours, and the many pubs and restaurants of Archway, Highgate, Tufnell Park and Crouch End.

The views of the city skyline on clear days are really something to behold.
