Owner Insight

“When we were looking to purchase a rental investment property we visited this house and immediately realised that this was an obvious choice. The property provided a good level of family accommodation and was set in a quiet yet convenient location, within an easy walk of Paignton town centre and seafront. The accommodation was ideal for family living and with schools close by it was suitable for those with children. Having now owned the property for over 12 years it has proven to be very popular, with new tenants waiting to move in as soon as the old ones were moving out. We have even enjoyed time living here ourselves when between homes.

We realise that the time is now right for us to sell the property, but we shall look back at our time as owners of this house with fondness, knowing of all of the families that it has provided a happy home to, and looking to sell it to those waiting to create their own special memories.”
