This apartment is situated to the rear of the development at top floor level and has recently undergone a program of redecoration and improvement, now benefitting from a tastefully recently re-fitted kitchen, as well as a re-fitted shower room and en-suite wet room. The well regarded development features lift access, a communal residents lounge and conservatory which opens onto extensive terracing and the landscaped gardens.

Greenacres stands on a tree lined road just a stone's throw from the local village shops in Wellswood with delicatessen, restaurants and pub whilst the picturesque Meadfoot Beach can be found within a reasonable walk through the beautiful Ilsham Valley.

Owners Insight

When we were looking to move we made the decision to have a lifestyle change and relocate to Torquay. We visited the town to start our search, happened to stay near Wellswood and took a stroll through the shopping parade. As soon as we did this we immediately realised that this was the location for us! The shops would admirably cater for our everyday needs and we loved the ‘village’ atmosphere.

As soon as we walked into the apartment we had ‘the right feeling’ and knew that this was to be our next home. The property provided us with the accommodation we needed and the lovely views over the communal gardens were ideal. Having had the opportunity of living here we can confirm that our initial impression was so very correct, and it has provided us with an extremely comfortable home, which we have spent time and effort improving further.

Greenacres will always retain a special place in our heart, and hopefully the new owners will appreciate life here as much as we have!
