Ralph James would like to welcome you to this beautifully presented two bedroom apartment located on Reed Drive. In the heart of the highly sought after Royal Earlswood Park, an area that offers fantastic history and is renowned for some of the most iconic period buildings that Surrey has to offer. Residents of the development also have the benefit of the luxurious private gymnasium, the indoor swimming pool and the most beautiful views as you venture through.

Situated on the first floor, this rare to the market property benefits from two generous bedrooms, an ensuite to the principle as well as the main family bathroom and a very well presented reception room with ample space to host both living and dining areas. This property provides you a real sense of space and is in an amazing spot for the natural light to flood through the large windows throughout.

For those needing to commute by train to work every day, Earlswood station is only a 10-minute walk away. However, for those that would prefer to use Redhill train station there is a regular bus that goes through the development that can take you into Redhill. Reigate town centre is also a short drive away and is well known for it's variety of fancy eateries & boutique shops. The property also benefits from two allocated parking bays and not to mention the visitor car park for friends and family.

I've thoroughly enjoyed living in this property on Royal Earlswood Park for the last 24 years and will be enormously sorry to leave. Having seen the development blossom from a building site back in 2000 to the verdant landscape that it has become has been utterly joyful. Over all those years i've been blessed with great neighbours; the staff in the management office have been attentive and always happy to help; and coming up the main drive just never gets old. I leave full of gratitude for my time here and hope that the next owner will be as happy as I have been.
