We were attracted to the house because of the area. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Paddock Wood and train station. The house itself had lots of space inside and there was a nice patio area, perfect for family bbqs plus a private rear back garden as well as a small garden out front.
The cul-de-sac was quiet which seemed perfect for young children.
We put in new bathrooms and kitchen (15 years ago now) and converted the garage which made a great games room slash gym, a perfect place for older children to have their own space.
We loved living in this house, the neighbours were friendly and it was easy to walk into town. This is a great family home.
