The kitchen/breakfast room is a culinary haven furnished with a four-oven oil-fired Aga and custom Mark Wilkinson units. Adjoining it is a spacious utility room, complete with a pet-friendly dog shower. French windows lead to a patio perfect for al fresco dining and direct access to the peaceful rear garden. A private study and guest WC complete the ground floor.

Two distinct staircases lead to the first-floor sleeping quarters. Five luxurious bedrooms unfold, three of which are en suite and include fitted wardrobes. The principal suite features a custom dressing room and a lavish en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating.
Modern amenities include a three-phase electrical supply, air source heat pump heating with an oil-fired backup, and a multi-room audio system. Most windows are double-glazed, enhancing thermal comfort.

Stepping outside, you’ll encounter immaculately maintained gardens set the stage for an oasis of natural beauty, including a picturesque lake and orchard. Leisure facilities extend to a 12m indoor pool and adjacent tennis court, providing ample opportunities for recreation and relaxation.

Additionally, a separate structure houses a variety of garages and a self-contained studio flat, offering scope to rent or Airbnb, and provides flexible options for storage, parking, and accommodation.
