Vendors Comment:
We moved from Chessington, a rather busy area and were looking to move to somewhere more peaceful and less traffic along with getting better value for money. This house amazingly met all our criteria. The big entrance hall was very welcoming with a feeling of openness along with double doors to the living room. The big kitchen/diner was so appealing for our entertaining. All bedrooms upstairs were decent size and to have the ensuite was a massive bonus. However one of the main attractions for us was the garden and the area surrounded by trees which gives the property total privacy. We have enjoyed many parties/get togethers and even hosted a family wedding in our garden. The property although we didn't, lends itself to potential of further expansion with its side plot or just the addition of an conservatory which we would have loved to do. I hope the next owner will love our home as much as we do and it will be sad to leave.

Having grown up and lived just off Sandy Lane I would highly recommend this area, with Hawley Woods just a 5 minute walk away it's great for leisurely walks around the beautiful lake. Also the property is great for schooling and access to the M3 junctions. The house has a generous rear garden, large kitchen/diner with doors to the rear garden so it's great for entertaining, along with parking and garage to the rear so for me a must view.

Area Comment:
Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby.
