There is something about Quarry Lane that I really love ¿ the diverse mix of houses and great views being two key factors. Also the access to amazing walks on the doorstep, without any need to get in the car.

This is a home that has been much enjoyed by the present clients, ever since their move here nearly twenty years ago in 2004. Recreationally Kelsall features tennis courts, playing fields with specialist children's play area and a wonderful collection of walking routes in the surrounding countryside, especially the well-known sandstone trail. The area as a whole has access to glorious countryside and places of significant interest that include ancient castles, boating facilities on nearby canals and the outstanding Delamere Forest.

Leaving Tarporley along the High Street in the direction of Chester, as you come to the edge of the village having passed Forest Road on your right, take the next right turn onto Utkinton Road (before you reach the A49 roundabout). Follow this road for a while, continuing straight over a cross roads when Utkinton Road becomes John Street. Proceed along John Street passing Rose Farm Shop on your right and continuing through Utkinton village. Follow this road until you reach a T junction with Willington Hall Hotel opposite you. Turn right at this junction onto Willington Lane and follow the lane for a couple of miles passing the sign to the The Boot Inn (Boothsdale) on your right hand side.
