Seymour and Co are an independent letting and management and sales company, a trading style of the well established and highly regarded Bristol based Seymour & CO who have traded for over 30 years. Currently covering five counties, the Torquay office is a further expansion of its operation. With experienced local staff in the Torquay office, there is a sound knowledge of the area, the property rental valuations and tenant market. One of our aims as a business is to support local good causes and charities as we feel as a business it is important to be an active member of the community. Based upon our experience, we treat each landlord on an individual basis and believe that Landlords come first. We can advise the landlord from the purchase of a property to the full management of their house or is hoped that over a period of time, the relationship between the landlord and agents will grow to our the mutual benefit.
