Scobie Property Management was established in February 2011 and consists of a father and son partnership with over 25 years experience in property management.

We provide an extremely high standard of service whilst placing particular emphasis on efficiency and maintaining a proactive & personable service for both our landlords and tenants.

We manage a portfolio of over seventy properties, which includes both professional & student properties throughout Edinburgh & we have recently taken on a portfolio of student accommodation in St. Andrews.

We also specialise in short term rentals during the Edinburgh festival for which we provide a full management service.
