As a smaller estate and lettings agency we get most of our clients through referrals - so we are motivated. We are keen, efficient, focused and a pleasure to deal with - because if our clients are not raving about us to their family, friends and colleagues then we're in trouble.  We have a small office based on the lovely Chandos Road in Redland.  However, as technology has revolutionised the property market we concentrate our efforts on making sure all our properties are presented the best way possible on-line as well as in our window. Buyers and tenants get the information they need on-line - so we make sure every property is presented at its best. However, technology alone will not create a great customer experience! Whether you are selling or buying, letting or renting, there can be countless issues to be resolved through your journey and we are there to help you the whole way through. We have the sales and relationship building skills to make sure things move along smoothly, swiftly and to everyone's satisfaction. We are different in a good way. Customer service is one of those things it is easy to promise but harder to deliver. Because we are so dependent on referrals we have to excel at it. With this in mind we don't take on more clients and properties than we can handle. We're not interested in being the biggest - we want to earn a reputation as the best.
