PRIMO offer property management services to investor landlords and great properties to tenants.
As the sister company of developer, FORSHAW LAND & PROPERTY GROUP - what FORSHAW build we manage - making the investor landlord journey seamless (we have great properties for prospective tenants).
We also offer very competitive rates for full management services. Our unique relationship with FORSHAW offers a great synergy in terms of relationships with third party companies - construction, furniture suppliers, etc and ensures we handle new investment properties efficiently and get them rented out as soon as possible (whilst offering a FREE HANDOVER as part of the package).
We have mobilised and continue to let over 750 properties across 15 developments nationally.
Recent years have seen FORSHAW build new developments in Manchester city centre (M4) and the upcoming area of Salford, M5. In 2022 we mobilised the award winning Waterhouse, Salford, M5.
