Rental services:

No tenant, no fee! All of our packages are inclusive of VAT ​

Tenant find only - £299 -This is only paid once we move a tenant in and is deducted from the first months rent.

Partial management -  £50 pcm -There is no tenant find fee with this package. ​

Fully managed - 8% -There is no tenant find fee with this package. ​

HMO's - students/professional house shares 10%
Due to the complicity of management and the level of involvement HMO's require, these are only offered on a fully managed service charged at 10%.
