We offer two types of valuation:- We are available to value and offer market advice 7 days per week, via a face to face appointment and this service is offered free. However, if you are just curious about the value of your home but not ready for us to visit we offer FREE virtual valuation where clients complete a online form (Takes less than 10 minutes to complete) then we will prepare a bespoke valuation for you unique to your property.

Marketing:- We work closely with our clients to ensure that every property that joins the market with Next Move Homes has a bespoke marketing strategy tailor made to their individual needs and ultimately achieve the best possible price for them. We know how important it is to make a great first impression so one of our many marketing techniques includes offering free professional photography and videography. 

Flexibility is key:- We understand how busy people's lives are. As a team we operate our business 7 days per week and offer opening hours later in the day so we can be flexible to both buyers and sellers.
