After many years in the industry, where the ethos is very much about the ‘business’ and not the client, co-founders Barry Fogg and Leah Newbould knew there needed to be a change. When we sell a property we know it is due to teamwork – between us and you. We encourage open conversations with you as often as possible via which ever method you prefer; face-to-face, telephone or email. A personal touch Newboulds & Co is an independent family-run business. Reputation is very important to us and that reputation has come from us making sure every decision we make is with our client’s best interests in mind. When you instruct us, we put the spotlight on you and your home, not us. Moving can be stressful, that’s why you need the right team behind you.
