Legat Owen was established in 1986 with the aim of providing expert, professional and personal advice on retail property. It now has a staff complement of 30 occupying modern offices, within Albion House, in the centre of the City of Chester. Since its inception, the company has strategically expanded so that it now provides the same respected level of advice across the whole spectrum of commercial property, including industrial, offices, in and out of town retail, leisure and land. Across the range, Legat Owen advises corporate and private clients on all aspects of agency, investment, development, management, rent reviews and lease renewals, rating and valuation.

Geographically, the practice acts across the whole of the UK with particular emphasis on the North West of England and Wales. For the future, the company will continue to concentrate on its core strengths of delivering expert property advice on a personalised basis. As a testament to these values, the Directors and staff are proud of the fact that we are still involved with many of the clients for whom we first acted over twenty five years ago.
