Four of our letting agents have highest NFOPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) qualifications, Residential Lettings and Property Management, Scotland, Level 6. We were one of the first Edinburgh Letting Agencies on Scottish Letting Agent Register. Absolutely no hidden fees. Landlords pay only 10% + VAT management fee and £125+VAT marketing fee. No inventory, check in, check out fees, charged by other Edinburgh letting agencies. All inventories are done in house, by our letting agent who holds Residential Inventory Management and Practice (Scotland, Level 6) NFOPP qualification.
