In August of 2007, Apex Estate Agents was established at 3 Market Street Aberdare and since this time the company has enjoyed great success in the local sales market, despite very challenging conditions. In May 2011, the company expanded into Pontypridd, with the acquisition of the long established and very well respected firm, Lanyon Davies & Evans. We are continuing to work with the former Directors, Howard and Andrew, to provide the best possible service to existing and new clients. In June 2014 due to the success being achieved in our existing two offices the company was extended further by entering into Bargoed with the acquisition of a long standing company which was already serving the local community. All existing staff at this branch still remain with the company offering the benefit of over 40 years combined. In January 2015 the Apex family was strengthened further with the opening of a brand new office in Merthyr Tydfil which will benefit from the vast experience of Karen who has previously worked at our Aberdare branch for many years, we have also employed new staff for this branch who can offer a wealth of local knowledge. Apex Estates also incorporates our sister companies Apex Surveyors and Apex Lettings so we are able to offer a full range of services including resedential and commercial property sales and lettings, independent financial advice, RICS survey and valuation, Domestic and Non Domestic EPCs and also have close links with local conveyancing companies
