Our business has thrived on recommendations since it was established by our Director Sally Knights in 2004, a trend we strive to continue long into the future. We are a truly independent with our owner working in branch, so decisions are made swiftly in house without an endless chain of command.

Putting the personal back into service is our mission and we strive to offer as much support as possible to landlords and tenants (think of us as the cement to your bricks). We are a well-respected and established agency with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the private rental sector and we really will go the extra mile for you. Our property management and lettings team are based in our office located in Wootton, Northampton and they are all familiar with the properties, landlords and tenants they are dealing with, there is not a call centre in sight!
